Q: Do all brow services include waxing?
A: Yes! Every brow service I offer includes waxing for a clean, polished finish.

Q: What’s the difference between regular tint, henna tint, and brow stain?

  • Regular Tint: A traditional dye that colors the brow hairs and lightly tints the skin. Results last about 2–3 weeks on the hairs and up to a week on the skin.

  • Henna Tint: A natural, plant-based tint that gives a fuller, more filled-in look. It stains both the skin and the brow hairs, lasting 4–6 weeks on the hairs and up to 2 weeks on the skin.

  • Brow Stain: A longer-lasting hybrid tint that gives extra definition. It stains the hairs and skin more strongly than regular tint, with results lasting up to 6 weeks on the hairs and 2–3 weeks on the skin.

Q: How long does brow lamination last?
A: Results typically last 6–8 weeks with proper care.

Q: Can I wear makeup after a brow treatment?
A: I recommend waiting 24 hours before applying makeup or getting your brows wet to allow the treatment to set.

Q: Are your brow products safe?
A: Yes — I use vegan, plant-based, and gentle formulas designed to nourish your brows as well as style them.

Q: Do you provide lashes with makeup services?
A: Yes, lashes are included with all makeup applications unless otherwise requested.

Q: What makeup brands do you use?
A: I use a curated kit of professional-grade and vegan-friendly products that photograph beautifully and wear comfortably all day.

Q: Do you travel for makeup services?
A: I only travel on-location for wedding day bridal parties. All other makeup appointments take place at Skin Studio KC in Kansas City.

Bridal Makeup

Q: Is a bridal trial included?
A: Bridal trials are a separate service so we can dedicate time to designing your look before your wedding day.

Q: How far in advance should I book my bridal services?
A: I recommend booking 6–12 months in advance to secure your date.

Q: Do you offer hair services too?
A: I specialize in makeup only. I’m happy to provide hairstylist recommendations if needed.

Booking & Policies

Q: How do I book a service?
A: All appointments are booked online through my GlossGenius site. You’ll find “Book Now” buttons throughout this site that take you directly there.

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes. All bookings require a 50% deposit upfront to reserve your appointment. The remaining balance is due after your service is completed. Bridal retainers are also non-refundable and secure your wedding date on my calendar.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: I charge a 50% cancellation fee for appointments canceled more than 48 hours before the appointment. For cancellations and no-shows within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
